Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Integrated Support Systems, Inc., Eagles Landing Professional Park, 936 C Old Clemenson Highway, Seneca, SC 29672-8061, (Cage Code: 07HD0) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for SLICwave and CM-L software “ one year software subscription on SLICwave and CM-L Software. SLICwave and CM-L is manufactured and copyrighted by Integrated Support Systems and it is the sole provider of these services. Therefore, the government intends to procure these supplies on a sole source basis from Integrated Support Systems, Inc. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all quotes received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit their quote. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
