- Defense Logistics Agency Energy is searching for sources who are interested in doing business on a 3 year term contract for the delivery of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel 10 PPM (DF2) NSN 9140-01-556-9156, to Har Keren, Israel. The estimated quantity for this acquisition is 1,277,640 USG. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov and must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS). Anticipated contract will be awarded in U.S. Gallons and U.S. Dollars and will be awarded as a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Requirements type contract. All responsible offers will be considered. Issue date of solicitation is anticipated to be December 2011.
