Description
RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED CONTRACT NUMBER GS-08P-09-JA-C-0089. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Buildings Service, Denver Federal Center Service Center has issued a Modification PS49 for the following revisions to the construction requirements for the Department of State Facility (DOSF) at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado: 1. The Contractor is reuired to provide a final design for a make-up water source well to support the new HVAC system at the DOSF. 2. The Contractor shall coordinate and define the security system equipment and software to be furnished and installed with Department of State, Diplomatic Security. 3. The contractor shall relocate 7 existing street light poles and direct bury new aluminum wiring through each circuit. 4. The Contractor shall provide sewer connection to the City of Lakewood, Colorado. 5. The requirement that the Contractor install lockers and furniture is removed. 6. The requirement that the Contractor paint all exposed ceilings is reduced. This modification is valued at $736,269. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing, via email to Ms. Beverly A.
