Description

THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-11-RP-0462 for the following: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide pre/post emergent crabgrass - weed grasses, pre/post emergent broadleaf weed control and grub control services at the Quantico National Cemetery. The contract period of performance will consist of a base period from date of award through September 30, 2012, with four (4) one-year Government options to extend the term of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent by email to Isiah Mack, Contract Specialist, at isiah.mack@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about September 26, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., October 20, 2011. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
