- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott AFB IL will procure Program Management Support for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Program Executive Office (PEO) for Mission Assurance and Network Operations (MA). The Contractor shall perform the vast majority of work for this effort at the Contractor's facility. A portion of the work will require Contractor support at the government facilities at Ft. Meade, MD and Chambersburg, PA. Services include providing program management, financial execution and management, contract management, acquisition management, Information Assurance (IA) expertise, and physical security management services. The Contractor shall provide these services to support PEO-MA, USCYBERCOM, FSO, and the ESSG missions. It is also the objective of this acquisition to provide program support and administrative assistant support for DISA PEO-MA IA2, IA3, and IA5, as well as for ESSG and FSO. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.203, the Government intends for this acquisition to be offered for competition limited to eligible Small Business Concerns. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The period of performance will be one year from contract award with three (3) one-year options. The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519. The solicitation and all related documents will be posted at this site. Instructions for submitting questions and proposals will be given at the time the solicitation is released. The resulting award will be Best Value Trade-Off, with non-cost factors being significantly more important than cost. If at anytime the Government determines that the requested services are no longer required, the Government reserves the right to not make an award. The Government also reserves the right to award without discussions. Proposals will be due after Request for Proposal (RFP) release date. All responses from responsible Small Business Concerns will be considered for evaluation and award of the contract. Oral communications are not acceptable.
