- Revised Solicitation THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO FA3300-11-R-0069. THE PREVIOUS POSTING IS HEREBY RECINDED IN ITS ENTIRETY AND REPLACED WITH THE FOLLOWING: This solicitation is for Software and Training, the contractor will fulfill the Headquarters (HQ) Air University (AU) A4/6I mission of promoting and advancing innovation through transformative instructional technologies, methods, processes, and services, a requirement exists for an integrated software package for rapidly developing and deploying 3D interactive serious games prototypes in support of AU. The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation will be issued via SF 1449. Solicitation number FA3300-11-R-0069 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The following software and training are required: (1) Developer Software (2) Developer Software Android Pro (3) Software Pro iOS Pro Publishing (4) Software Pro Intermediate Training and (5) Software Pro Advanced/Expert Training. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirement of the RFQ. The period of performance is a 90 days from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611420. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 Million. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and submit your quote as required in the solicitation. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). All offerors responding to the solicitation must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) this can be accomplished via the web @ http://www.ccr.gov, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) data base at http://wawf.eb.mil, and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov prior to award. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration are ineligible for award. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. Offeror must provide a price for CLIN 0001 - 0005 and a proposed delivery date.
