- Sole Source Justification. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a sole source requirement since it has been determined that only one source can provide the necessary requirement. The solicitation number is F3ZT931257A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 effective 4 August 2011; Defense DCN 20110916 effective 16 September 2011, and AFAC 2011-0714 effective 14 July 2011. This acquisition is a sole source acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314912. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5410. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2394. Travis AFB has a requirement for Alaska shelter systems. Specifications: 0001-AA: Alaska Small Shelter, (Tan) Part Number AK-SS-V2. Quantity: 2 0002-AA: Alaska Container, (Tan) Part Number AK-SSS-CONT. Quantity: 2 0003-AA: Alaska Spares/Repair Kit, (Tan) AK-S/RK01. Quantity: 2 0004-AA: Freight to Travis AFB, CA 94535. Quantity: 1 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
