Description

This proposed contract action will be a sole source acquisition to Artex Aircraft Supplies, Inc (CAGE: 60253) for the repair of assets applicable to the TH-1H Helicopter. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is for a one (1) year basic contract with four (4) one (1) year option periods. This multi-year repair contract will require the contractor to restore the unserviceable assets to serviceable condition using the contractor developed repair and acceptance test procedures. Asset to be repaired follows: Position Transmitter, NSN: 6610-01-553-8726HL, Part Number: 452-5061. The Government is not in possession of data, therefore proposals will be accepted from responsible offeror(s) only. The approximate RFP issue date will be6 October 2011.
