Description

SCA Applicable Wage Determination Food Service Solicitation U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION IS SEEKING A SNACK BAR/ON-SITE GRILL FOOD SERVICE OPERATION IN THE LITTLE ROCK FEDERAL BUILDING, IN DOWNTOWN LITTLE ROCK, AR DESCRIPTION: U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a contractor to establish and operate a food service facility to provide breakfast and lunch, Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal holidays. The facility will operate as a limited snack bar/onsite grill for the benefit of approximately 1,600 building occupants, as well as patrons from other buildings and visitors. GSA shall provide approximately 3,000 square feet (sq ft) of food service area, 400 sq. ft. of public seating (approximately 95 seats), and 2,000 sq. ft. of circulation space rent free. GSA shall provide utilities from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Contractor shall be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the existing food service equipment, which is provided in as-is condition. Contractor shall also have the option of serving off site prepared food items, e.g., sandwiches and/or hot entrees. LOCATION: Little Rock Federal Building Basement, 700 W. Capitol, Little Rock, AR 72201. Contract Term: 5 years, with possible option periods.
