Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Notice of Intent to Award for commercial items. No other solicitation or announcement will be posted. The California Army National Guard has a requirement for 10 each UH-60 360 hour PMI kits. All equipment will be delivered to Fresno, CA 93727. The Government will consider offers of Brand name or equal equipment as compared to the equipment listed above. The equipment listed above is offered by Hupp Aerospace. To be considered for award, offers of equal products, including equal products of the brand name manufacturer must: meet the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics specified in the solicitation. Offers must clearly identify the item by brand name if any, by make, or by model. Offers must include descriptive literature such as drawings, illustrations, or a clear reference to previously furnished data or information available to the Contracting Officer and the offeror must clearly describe any modifications the offeror plans to make in a product to make it conform to the solicitation requirements. Offerors must mark any descriptive material to clearly show the modifications. The Contracting Officer will evaluate equal products on the basis of information furnished by the offeror or identified in the offer and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer.
