- This is a Firm Fixed Price procurement under Purchase Request 0042366692 for a quantity of 1050 each. FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery schedule is 72 Days After Receipt Of Order (DARO). This request is for National Stock Number 6150-01-478-4908 to procure a Special Cable Assembly under part numbers NORTHROP GRUMMAN SPACE & MISSION (0J198) P/N 866003-3. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Utilizing Unrestricted - Other than Full and Open Competition procedures applies in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1). The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is not an Export Control Item and Configuration Control does not apply. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
