- Statement Of Work for Sporting Officials Sports Breakout and Quantities FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT;HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY12 SPEND PLAN. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, TUASON-Sports1234, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 713990 and the small business size standard is $7M. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. The technical literature submitted needs to clearly communicate that the offeror understands the minimum requirements and compliance issues as set forth in the Statement of Work. Discussions may or may not be held with offeror; therefore, the initial proposal of each offeror should be complete and accurate. Offeror must provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide this service. The following commercial items are requested: Sports Officials for various Youth Sports Programs and Fitness Center Programs to include Flag-Football, Basketball, Softball, Volleyball, and Soccer. (Reference Attached for detailed breakout and information). All work will be in accordance with the Statement of Work. Other Pertinent Information: Games and Schedules to be coordinated with respective Government Points of Contact to be listed at time of award. Location of Service: Various location on Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Submit the price quote information via email to SSgt Jaeger Tuason at jaeger.tuason@andersen.af.mil. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail not later than 7 PM Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday 27 September 2011. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. Collect calls will not be accepted. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. All proposals must be directly submitted by the firm registered in CCR that is intended to be the successful awardee. Proposal submitted by another firm on behalf of a CCR registered company with the intention of being award "care of" will not be accepted. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items apply.. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government.
