Description

Provision & Clause Matrix The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for: ITEM 0001: ASSOCIATED OPEN MARKET ITEMS NOT ON SCHEDULE The Government intends to issue a single, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on a Sole Source basis to ADT Security Services, Inc. in accordanc with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. ADT Secruity Services, Inc is the sole proprietary provider of the Electronc Access Control System and components installed with the DEA Facility. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaulation will be based on best value.All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to Jacelyn.E.Stanton@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is 9/20/2011 at 2:00PM EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is 9/23/2011 at 12:00PM EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
