- Amendment to solicitation. Tinker Air Force Base is seeking to purchase an LED electronic message center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339950 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at https://www.fbo.gov/. Paper copies will not be available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to send an email with their proposal to the government buyer if they wish to submit a quote and to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/. In addition, contractor must be registered at http://orca.bpn.gov (On-line Representations and Certifications Application).
