Description
The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for 1 each LOGIQ e BT11 Compact Digital Ultrasound Console with components as listed below. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is GE Healthcare, 3000 North Grandview Boulevard, W-443, Waukesha, Wisconsin 53188-1615. 1 each GOVT LOGIQ e BT11 Compact Digital Ultrasound Console, H4800KH. Scanning modes include: B-mode, M-mode, color flow, pulsed wave Doppler and continuous wave Doppler. Special features include: Dedicated user interface for Nerve and Needle. Emergency and critical care applications. Automatic image optimization (for B-mode, color and PW Doppler), raw data processing, on-board patient data management and image archiving via system hard disk, integrated report package with template designer, battery pack, DVD-RW and two USB ports. Comprehensive software for Anesthesiology and Vascular access. Emergency and Critical Care and General imaging and Shared service applications including annotation and measurement/calculation packages. Ergonomic features include the built-in carrying handles, 15 inch flexible LCD with wide viewing angle, intuitive keyboard and user programmable presets. Available options include: different software application packages: Easy 3D, DICOM, CW Doppler, Anatomical M-Mode, Color M-Mode, CrossXBeam, B Steer, Auto IMT, eSmart Trainer, as well as various accessories to include extra battery pack, wireless LAN, carrying case, and touch screen kit. 1 each 4C-RS Convex Transducer, item #: H4000SR, multifrequency transducer with bandwith between 1.5 and 4.6 MHz. 1 each 12L-RS Linear Array Transducer, item #: H40402LY, multifrequency transducer with bandwith between 5 and 13 MHz. 1 each LOGIQ e Advanced General Imaging Package, item #: H48382LC, that includes: general imaging software package with application specific presets. CrossXBeam: combines multiple co-planar images to form a single image in real-time to enhance visualization. Easy3D: advanced 3D rendering and display of anatomy. LOGIQview: allows viewing and measurement of anatomy that is larger than what would fit on a single image. B-Steer Plus: B-mode image steering with CrossXBeam to improve needle visualization and enhance anatomical access. 1 each LOGIQ e General Imaging Pack DICOM Software option, item #: H41652LP, provides print, store, multi-frame, modality worklist, verify, MPPS (Modality Performed Procedure Step) and storage commitment functionality. 1 each B/W Printer, Sony UP-D897MD black and white paper printer kit, item #: H41642LY, includes power cable, USB signal cable and one roll of paper. 1 each Docking Cart Power Cable for USA, item #: H48062LE 1 each Tall Docking Cart with 3 Ports, 110V, item #: H48162LN. LOGIQe docking cart plus 3 probe docking feature. 1 each Hard Cover Carrying Case with hard cover packaging and 2-wheel trolley design, item #: H41652LD, features protective compartments for the console, probes, power cord and gel. 1 each Footswitch with 3 Programmable Pedal, item #: H41642LS. 1 each Consecutive 2-day (16 hour), item #: H1111PT. On-site ultrasound training of approved on-label use of ultrasound equipment. Price includes training services plus travel and living expenses/per diem incurred in the performance of services rendered. 1 each freight charge. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
