Description

Solicitation Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Library reserves the right to award without discussions. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Library. NO PHONE CALLS. Preparation of Offers: Responses to this solicitation must be submitted in two separate volumes. Volume 1 - Technical Proposal and Volume II - Price Proposal. All offerors are required to submit a price for the Period Performance of one year from date of award. Offerors must submit a price per CLIN. All submissions are electronic and should be sent to lpal@loc.gov All interested parties must submit their request via email to lpal@loc.gov to attend a pre-proposal conference being held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 12:00 pm. Due to time constraints proposals are due on or before September 23, 2011 at and no later than 2:00 pm. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be accepted.
