- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A11PS01716 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53.This acquisition is total small Business set aside, NAICS Code: 532412, Small Business Standard: $7 Million (Description): The contractor shall provide shall provide services consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment supervision and incidentals necessary to provide water tank rentals from October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2013, for the following equipments : Base Year1.Rental of (4) four each 6,000 gallons water tankers, 1water tankers at monthly rate of $________ and 4 water tankers at $________ per month. Rental of four (4) 6,000 gallons water tankers, tandem axle, trailer mounted with 5th wheel hitch, top 24' inlet for loading and bottom rear 6' or 8' control value outlet for water discharge equipment to comply with all safety requirements. Springs on water tankers and tires must be in good condition.2.The four (4) 6,000 water tankers will be used as needed basis.3.Pick up/Delivery Fees will be to BIA Construction Site: N35-Sweetwater, AZ $________.4.Taxes (Arizona or Navajo Nation Tax) $____________.5.Total $______________.Option Year 1:1.Rental of (4) four each 6,000 gallons water tankers, 1 water tankers at monthly rate of $________ and 4 water tankers at $________ per month. Equipment rental period shall be from October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2013. Unless the period of performance is extended by the Government, the contractor shall pick up all equipment on or no later than September 30, 2013. The Government will conduct an inspection of the equipment before delivery and acceptance. Offerors shall include the complete monthly rental prices of the above items including the applicable taxes.
