- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotations (oral quotes will not be accepted) for RFQ FA4877-11-Q-0670. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48, Defense Circular 20110103, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-1027. The contractor shall provide the following: 0001 - Capstone 200R-FD4-BU00 Model 200, 200kW Microturbine, dual mode Generator, for grid or stand-alone connection or equal. Will include: an industrial enlosure, on skids; structure coated with Super Therm, or quivelent; and an internal gas compressor for use with natural gas or propane. 0002 - MX3-CRMS-S, single site remote monitoring software or equal. 0003 - **UPDATED** Factory Protection plan, to include full parts, labor and material warranty for a minimum of 3 years, with additional serviced years available. In your quote, please include the following: FOB: Destination for delivery to Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707 Shipping costs and tax included in line item price. We will not have a separate CLIN for shipping and taxes. Delivery schedule: ex. "2 Weeks after receipt of order" Discount terms: ex. "NET 30" or "5% 20 days" Any other terms and conditions. The following provision and clauses apply to this acquisition, all listed by reference in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference; FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Included by Reference (http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm): The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on: (i) technacal capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. (ii) price. The provision at 52.212-3, Alt.1, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
