Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the required equipment. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals/quotes. No solicitation is available; therefore, request for such document will be considered invalid response. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Inquiries must be in writing and must reference Solicitation No. 0010091570. All questions should be directed to Julie L. Frank, Contract Specialist, julie.frank@us.army.mil. Response due date is 20 September 2011. If no affirmative responses are received by 4:00 pm on 20 September 2011, the Contracting Officer will proceed to issue a contract with ProVation Medical, Inc.
