- Justification and Approval The 902d Contracting Squadron, Randolph AFB, TX intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for STATIC: Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress, North American P-51 Mustang, North American T-6 Texan, FLYING: Douglas AD1 Skyraider, Douglas C-47 Spooky, Bell UH-1 Huey and a P-47 Thunderbolt to The Texas Aviation Hall of Fame INC. under the authority of FAR 13.501. Anticipated award date is 01 October 2011 with a period of performance on 28-30 October 2011. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 713990 with a size standard of $7,000,000. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
