- General Clauses Representations and Certifications Offer/Lease Form Request for Quote NREL is seeking quotes for lease of storage space that meet the following requirements. Interested parties should submit a quote with the following information by the response deadline: Response Requirements: 1. Partially completed NREL short form lease (Exhibit A, attached) and additional relevant documentation providing sufficient detail to demonstrate that the premises offered meet the requirements set forth in Exhibit A. 2. Completed Representations and Certifications (Exhibit B, attached) shall be submitted with offer. Award Considerations: This RFQ will be awarded based on best value. NREL will consider several factors when determining an award, including not only rental rate, but the timing of availability of the premises, proximity to NREL facilities, and ease of installing security upgrades (and amount of upgrades needed). Award decision shall be made at NREL's sole discretion. NREL invites your submission of a quote for the above described effort.
