- Delineated Area - Dickinson, ND Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Dickinson, North Dakota is interested in leasing approximately 7,625 of contiguous usable square feet of first class high quality office space together with 52 onsite paved parking spaces. Specific Information Technology requirements apply. USDA currently occupies office and related space in a building in Dickinson, ND. USDA is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. USDA will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, USDA will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy USDA's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. TERM: The lease term is for 10 years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within an area bound or fronted on the: North beginning @ 113th Street & 34th Street SW proceeding East to 110th Ave SW proceeding South to 21st Street SE (35 Street SW) proceeding East to 106th Ave SW. South by 40th Street SW. West beginning @ 113th & 34th Street SW proceeding South to 113th Ave SW to I-94 to State Ave to 8th Street SW proceeding West to 113th Ave SW proceeding South to 39th Street SW. East beginning @ 21st Street East (35th Street SW) & 106th Ave SW proceeding Southto 36th Street SW proceeding East to Lehigh Drive proceeding South to 39th Street SW to 40th Street SW.
