Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W91YTV-11-T-0341 Questions and Answers: 1. Question: Approximately how many named users will Fox Army Health Clinic require? Answer: 11 2. Question: Approximately how many concurrent users does Fox Army Health Clinic expect to have? Answer: 10-15 3. Question: How many patient records will be stored in the system? Answer: The exact number of records is not available. Currently, there are 15 TBI patients with an anticipated additional 3 per month; and, 900 patients for BMD with additional patients added each day. The program must allow for all patient encounters to be entered into AHLTA. Potentially every encounter will be using this software. The software must provide for intakes, progress notes, evaluations, treatment plans, in addition to assessments and formal evaluations. 4. Question: Approximately how many assessments are performed on patients on an annual basis? Answer: The average is 3000 a year. 5. Question: Does Fox Army Health Clinic currently use specific standardized assessments that it will require in the new software system, or does it use custom assessments? Answer: Combinations of standardized and customized assessments are used. 6. Question: Does Fox Army Health Clinic currently use a mental health software program of any kind? If so, will migration of the data into the new system be required? Answer to both questions is yes. The program must be compatible with AHLTA. Please read the integration portion of the requirement.
