- This proposed contract will be for the procurement of FOUR EACH RECYCLE TRAILERS at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), Chambersburg, PA. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Contract. The Solicitation documents will define the salient characteristics that establish the minimum requirements for the purchase of recycle trailers for Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. for the following: The Contractor will purchase four each recycle trailers for Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. The recycle trailers shall be delivered, including a custom wrap graphics design. Recycle trailers will be new and not refurbished. The NAICS code is 336212 and the FSC code is 2330. All respondents shall be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System, have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard is 500. Further information may be obtained at the website www.bpn.gov/ccr. A solicitation will be issued on or about September 14, 2011. The estimated closing date will be on or about September 30, 2011. No telephone calls will be accepted.
