- NSN: 3120-01-290-6494, Bearing, Plain, Rod, End Drawing Number 209-364-121, Rev E, Part Number 209-364-121-101, Sourced Controlled to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (CAGE CODE 97499), Approved Source of Supply: Lord Corporation (CAGE CODE 76005). Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is phased at 50 each at 150 Days ARO, 50 each at 180 Days ARO, and 25 each at 210 Days ARO. This NSN is a Sourced Controlled, Flight Safety Critical, Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI), Certificate of Quality Compliance (COQC), Critical Application, Higher Level Contract Quality Assurance. Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking Requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-DTL-197K. End Item Description: HELICOPTER, H1 ALL VERSIONS and HELICOPTER, ADVANCE ATTACK, AH-1W. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Firmed Fixed Price Contract for a quantity of 125 each. This RFP will be solicited as unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is November 30, 2011. A copy of the RFP will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
