- Equipment Labor List Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-10-Q-0116. This RFQ is for an offeror to upgrade the VTC room located in Room 1-1-4 in the HDI Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI. This is a brand name requirement. In order to properly communicate and support our VTC mission, we must maintain compatibility with HQ DLA. Since DLA HQ uses TANDBERG Management Server to control, monitor and support our VTC mission, we need to maintain compatibility with their equipment. The following supporting document specifies what is supported by this system. TANDBERG systems are fully integrated with this system, in which other units are not. We require a fully integrated system to fulfill our mission requirements. Only NEW equipment is being solicited. Remanufactured or refurbished equipment, as defined in FAR 11.001, is technically unacceptable. Trade-in or exchange of old equipment is not available. The resulting order will be firm-fixed price. Place of performance is: DLA Logistics Information Services, HDI Federal Center, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037-3084 The offeror shall provide a price for each item requested and a total amount for all items offered. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror who has the lowest price and is technically acceptable. Offerors are considered technically acceptable that conform to the terms and conditions of the RFQ. Requirement is FOB Destination. Please include shipping with quote.
