- International Agreement Competitive Restrictions (IACR) The intent of this contract is to provide the Polish Air Force (PLAF) with a highly qualified C-130 maintenance professional with an emphasis on C-130/T-56 engine experience, who in the process of performing the contract requirements, imparts extensive knowledge and experience of C-130 aircraft maintenance to the PLAF. The contract was awarded sole source to L-3 Communications Vertex on 2 September 2011 in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 International Agreement.
