- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR Detonating Transfer Lines F-16 Aircraft Department of the Air Force, Air Force Material Command, OO-ALC/GHGJ PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION This is a Source Sought Synopsis announcement, market research for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. This market research is being conducted to identify potential sources possessing the engineering and manufacturing knowledge for these F-16 unique components used on F-16 aircraft. No proposal is requested or accepted from this synopsis. This is not a solicitation for proposal or no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. The government has very limited technical data to provide to potential offerors. Offerors must possess access to all appropriate data. Universal Propulsion Company, Fairfield, California has the capability and drawings for F-16 unique components and the government does not own or have the right to use the data required to manufacture this device.
