- Statement of Work Statement of Work Statement of Work Statement of Work Wage & Determination Statement of Work Statement of Work Statement of Work Statement of Work Statement of Work Statement of work FA4690-11-R-0104 28 BW/MU Aircraft Restoration/Paint Solicitation This is a solicitation for Ellsworth AFB SD to acquire U-3A, O-2A, A-26A(K) Invader, B-25J, F-111, F-84F, F-101, B-57 Canberra, F-105B, and B-1B refurbishment/paint services. The required services are commercial in nature; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and transportation necessary to perform these services: IAW attached SOWs. A sit visit has been scheduled for 13-Sep-2011 at 10:00 AM MST. Attendees will meet at the South Dakota Air & Space Museum Ellsworth AFB SD. Attendees must contact Dean Walleen by telephone (605) 385-2108, or fax (605) 385-1741, or email dean.walleen@ellsworth.af.mil prior to the meeting. Please submit any questions no later than 15-Sep-2011 at 12:00 PM MST. Offer due date/local is 19-Sep-2011 at 5:00 PM MST. Contract will be based on Lowest Price Offer.
