DATE: 6 September 2011 Contracting Officer APPROVAL: _________________________ ___ LGCC Contracting Officer Type Synopsis Requested: P-Procurement A-Award R-Sources Sought M-Modification --Type Modification P-Procurement A-Award R-Sources Sought N-Special Notice Supply or Services Classification Code: 9905 Subject of Synopsis: Campaign Wall IFB/RFP Number: F2FT031230A001 SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a commodities requirement for Campaign Wall. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339950with a size standard of 500 employees; the SIC code is 3993. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current accoring to Http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: 0001 - Dimensional Signage QTY: 68 EACH 1/4" dark oxidized bronze aluminum letters (6 x 3-mounted with 2 1/2" - 3" metal studs) to spell Liberia, Haiti, Somalia, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Yugoslavia, Iraq, Kuwait, Iran, and Grenada. 0002 - Installation for Signage QTY: 1 EACH The company needs to stretch and mount the frames, maps, and install lettering (lettering needs to be post mounted). 0003 - Canvas Maps QTY: 10 EACH We also need canvas cloth maps (non glossy finish) of the same countries (48 x 48). 0001 - Frames QTY: 10 EACH We need 10 large cherry solid wooden frames, beveled outer edge and gold ribbed inner edge (2 3/4" frames that measure on the inside of frames 48 x 48). Please include samples or drawings when submitting quote so that the customer may determine if the quote will satisfy their requirement.
