- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Military Academy is looking for sources which can provide Fiberlink 7140 Fiber Optic Transmitters and Fiberlink 7141 Fiber Optic Receivers. Specifications, terms, and conditions are contained in the attached SF1449 solicitation. If you can provide a solution that meets these specifications, terms, and conditions, please email a quote along with a completed SF1449 solicitation to dominick.belfiore@us.army.mil no later than the listed due date.
