Description

Notice of Intent - Sole Source Date Posted:9/06/2011 Closing Date: 9/12/2011 The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO East Program Office, Denver, Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 8, 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, August 4, 2011. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 423690 - Other Electronic Parts and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers and the size standard is 100 Employees. The government has determined that Onvisource, Inc is the only source that can satisfy this agency requirement. The requirement is for an OnviNet MSX Switch Server (PCI) - Recording Server. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO East Program Office, Denver, Colorado. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they have items that meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim. The information must explain the company's ability to overcome propriety information. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
