Description

This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is for sources sought purposes, to solicit information of potential qualified sources to perform various types of services on Oahu, Hawaii and Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) Barking Sands and its associated support sites on Kauai, Hawaii to determine the capability of industry and the feasibility of combining some of the services being contracted by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii. The services on Oahu, Hawaii include various locations such as Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Camp H. M. Smith. PMRF associated support sites include Port Allen, Makaha Ridge, and Koke'e State Park. The services are in the attached Sources Sought Information Spreadsheet. DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL, BROCHURES OR ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OTHER THAN WHAT IS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. Interested parties are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with their respective response to this sources sought notice. This is a sources sought announcement and is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. An award will not be made on responses to this notice. Interested sources must submit the Sources Sought Information Spreadsheet. Note: By FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting (Dec 1996), (a)(1) Services (except construction). The Government intends to maximize the small business program. At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees for the concern. Interested parties may submit their response to shari.lillie@navy.mil no later than 9/21/11.
