Description

The Lexington VA Medical Center Cooper Drive Division boiler plant Lexington, KY intends to award a sole source contract to Semper Tek to install emergency shut-offs and other alarms. Work covered under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and transportation. This request is also urgent and compelling pursuant to FAR6.302-2 b(2). This is a sole source procurement under authority of 38 U.S.C. Section 8127. This Special Notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. NAICS code 238210 is applicable to this solicitation and the business size standard is 14.0 The V A anticipates this requirement will be awarded at a fair and reasonable price.
