- Redacted Justification (J&A) Solicitation HC1028-11-T-0391 Reference #: DHQCSD12MPC0063 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Ping Identity Corp. to provide Ping Federate software maintenance renewal for a new requirement at DISA CSD. See solicitation for Equipment List, PoP, etc. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program.
