Description

The scope of this solicitation is to procure operational and applications maintenance support of the DCP or CTEP Oracle-based applications, services, databases, schemas, interfaces, feature or end user enhancement requests, ongoing technical applications support. The scope of this solicitation is to procure operational and applications maintenance support of the DCP or CTEP Oracle-based applications, services, databases, schemas, interfaces, feature or end user enhancement requests, ongoing technical applications support. The scope of this solicitation is to procure operational and applications maintenance support of the DCP or CTEP Oracle-based applications, services, databases, schemas, interfaces, feature or end user enhancement requests, ongoing technical applications support. These activities include: • Identifying, tracking, triaging, debugging, developing and deploying bug fixes and minor enhancements of the DCP DESK and PIMS applications set or CTEP CDS-Web (https://tracker.nci.nih.gov/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa). • Providing operational support to the DCP and CTEP applications, ongoing incremental releases, ad hoc reporting requirements and services. This includes analyzing user needs, documenting the functional and process requirements, impact analysis to other application components or interfaces, potential data migration need assessment, and answering questions about the applications/services. • Providing technical leadership to the community on the applications, presenting optimized approaches and seeking out solutions using service-oriented architecture (SOA). This includes making presentations, providing support in training, and writing all appropriate documentation required for straightforward, efficient installation and scalable use of the applications maintenance/support. Optionally, the scope of this effort may be expanded to include implementing, enhancing and integrating NCI Enterprise Services with DCP, e.g., the DESK-CTRP integration module (DCIM) to enable services between DCP and CTRP in registering or synchronizing DCP trials information such as trial registrations and accrual via invoking NCI Enterprise Services (NES).
