- Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (SIH/DIGME), NSN: 6850-01-057-6427, MIL-DTL-85470B dated 1 June 1999, Purchase Program 4.8, quantity 2,941,500 USG for delivery FOB destination to various locations within Continental and Outside Continental United States. Ordering period is date of award through December 31, 2012. Delivery period is January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012 plus a 30-day carry-over period. Copies of this solicitation will be available via the internet at the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov) on approximately September 21, 2011. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign, and return the document entitled Offer Submission Package under solicitation SP0600-11-R-0706 to the Bid Custodian at DLA Energy. Email offers will be accepted provided an original signed document is also submitted via email. All responsible sources submitting a proposal will be considered.
