Description

The National Park Service is preparing to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a 10-year agricultural lease for 46.5 acres of cultivated land within Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve. The minimum acceptable bid per acre per year is $60, which equals $2,790 in yearly rent. A site visit of the property is scheduled to take place on Monday, September 12, 2011. Tours will depart at 10:00 a.m. from the Trust Board offices at Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve located at 162 Cemetery Road, Coupeville, Washington 98239. If you are interested in attending the site visit, or want to be notified when the RFP is released, please call the Trust Board at (360) 678-6084 and refer to the lease at Ebey's Landing, or email the Trust Board office at EBLA_Administration@nps.gov. Upon release, the RFP and supporting documents will be available on the Commercial Services website at http://concessions.nps.gov/prospectus.htm.
