- This requirement is an emergency non stock listed procurement PR(s): FB20651224X776 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334412 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of: (a) SATS INTERCONNECT PANEL SET W/ DATA PKG PN: 01-08346 Qty: 1 Justification for Sole Source Acquisition: Flight H has a need for an interface panel with drawings/data for the Software Acceptance Test Station (SATS). The project is being funded by the Air Force JTIDS System Program office. There cannot be any testing of specified items for the JTID, MIDS, and JTRS family of Terminals by the 578 SMXS until this solution is implemented. The 578 SMXS Flight H is currently at a work stoppage with regards to the SATS tester due to the lack of a viable interface. ITCN Inc. (0T7T6) has consistently met the requirements of CSSA with the required schedule and budget. ITCN is the only known vendor that can perform the specified work within the necessary time constraints and is the sole source vendor for this effort. ITCN is ISO 9001-2000 compliant. Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is NLT 6 November 2011.
