- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Minneapolis Marketing and Regulatory Programs Business Services (MRPBS) Administrative Services Division (ASD) intends to make a sole source award to the State of Minnesota Metro Transit (The Metropolitan Council of Minnesota) for the Council's Metropass program to pay for mass transit for Minneapolis APHIS personnel.
