Description

Scope of Work BAS/AX JACE Installation Solicitation & Agreement BAS/AX JACE Installation The work included in the attached solicitation documents will be performed at the U.S. Post Office/ U.S. Courthouse, 104 Reserve St., Hot Springs, AR. As per the scope of work the selected contractor shall provide all labor labor, supervision, materials, equipment, server programming necessary to normalize and map existing Local Building Automation System (BAS) to existing R7 Servers located at GSA Region 7 regional office building. Contractor shall also provide Niagara Network AX JACE installation to be used as primary BAS control interface and energy monitoring platform. The estimated cost range for all work is between $25,000.00and $100,000.00. This procurement is open to all business concerns. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a size standard of $14 Million. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the synopsis, solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award. This is a negotiated procurement; there will not be a public bid opening. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation, support documents and monitoring the website for amendments, if any, to the solicitation. All responsive offers from responsible offerors will be considered. Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, HUBZone, Veteran Owned, and Disabled Veteran Owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
