- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0592 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, Defense Circular Number 20110819, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0714. This procurement is being issued as a full and open competition under NAICS code 334517 with a size standard of 500 employees. 0001 - Rapiscan 620DV X-Ray machine or equal Description: All products will be brand name Rapiscan or equal. Equal bids must meet the following characteristics: - Dual monitor - Density Threshold Alert - Automatic Image Archiving - Foot Mat Kit - Tunnel Size: 25.2"x16.9" - Conveyor Speed: 39.4 ft/min - Conveyor Load: 350 lbs - Installation and basic operator instruction - Must be TSA approved to include metal and liquid detection All quotes shall include any applicable taxes as part of the line item.
