- This is a correction to the FBO original announcement and to add missing attachment. The 156th Contracting Office, Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) No. W912LR-11-R-0009 for Construct Comm Ductbank at 140th ADS, Punta Salinas, Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, tools, insurance, transportation and supervision to complete the work. This acquisition is issued as 100% Small Business Total Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 238910 and the Size Standard is $14 M. The magnitude of the requirement is between $100K and $250K. A site visit is scheduled (see solicitation for specific date). The solicitation is issued 30 Aug 2011. The closing date is 30 Sep 2011 @ 9:00AM. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources may go to the Federal Business Opportunity website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Contractors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposal. Interested contractors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for future amendments issued, if any. Interested contractors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Contractor need to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov. prior to submission of proposal.
