- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, transportation, tools and equipment to provide: a. The contractor shall diagnose, repair and service three (3) Mitsubishi "City Multi" (PUHY-P192 TGMU-A-BS) air conditioners located at Building 692, Schofield Barracks, Island of Oahu, Hawaii, in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, commercial practices, and applicable Federal and State Codes. This is a procurement of a one-time requirement. Period of Performance is planned for 19 September 2011 through 14 October 2011. This solicitation will be issued as a Small Business set-aside. Issued solicitation packages will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi). After the initial ASFI page loads, go to "Contracting Opportunities Search", Select Contract Office: "RCO Hawaii (PARC Pacific, 413th CSB)", then "Continue" button. Once the solicitation is posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. Questions may be submitted via email to: blake.grier@us.army.mil. Offerors must have and maintain an active registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website to be eligible for a Government contract award. To register in CCR, go to http://www.ccr.gov. This is a Purchase Order contract for the services specified. As such, performance shall be made only as authorized officially by the Government. Except as this contract otherwise provides, the Government shall order from the awarded Contractor all the services specified in the contract.
