Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, E11PS33190, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS is 424720 with a size standard of 100 employees. The National Park Service intends to issue a Fixed Price contract to provide Bio-Diesel fuel (B-5) to George Washington Memorial Parkway located in Arlington, VA. All fuel will be purchased under a single order, with multiple deliveries to accommodate tank size. Contractor shall provide a 5% blend of biodiesel with diesel fuel. Estimated total quantity is 22,455 gallons through December 31, 2011, which will be specified at time of order due to tank capacity. Tank size is 1 (One) 20,000 gallon tank located at 2700 George Washington Memorial Parkway, Arlington, VA, 22202. (George Washington Memorial Parkway Maintenance Facility.) Delivery will require a tanker truck with gravity feed delivery system. Fill in price per gallon below to INCLUDE required fees/taxes and delivery (FEDERAL excise taxes are the only taxes that apply - other than those taxes, the National Park Service is tax exempt).
