- Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition Inside space consisting of approximatley 56.25 sf of secured room for locating an Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) Acquisition Control Unit (ACU) and space on the building for ACU UHF Antenna and TELCO DEMARC Pedestal. Site needs to be situated at the Challis Municipal Airport in close proximity to the main components of the ASOS and include 24/7 ingress and egress, power, road access, and access to telephone lines. Uninterrupted transmission is required 24/7 and must meet NWS and Homeland Security restrictions with regards to access.
