- Solicitation This will be a sole source, firm-fixed priced acquisition to the purchase of two separate items: The first item is the Battery Analyzer/Charger, NSN 6130-01-442-3184LG, P/N ES125122-1, which is a customized piece of support equipment for the C-130 aircraft. Its function is to charge the C-130 Emergency Lights Battery System that incorporates eight separate microprocessor controlled charging circuits. The second item is a requirement for the acquisition of the C-130 Flight Control Test Set, NSN 4920-01-407-2187LG, P/N ES125105-1, which is used to test the FCS-105 Flight Control System, the FD-109 Flight Director Systems, and the AP-105 Autopilot System on the C-130 Aircraft. NSN Quantity NOUN 6130-01-442-3184LG 13 Analyzer/Charger, Battery 4920-01-407-2187LG 5 Test Set, Flight These assets will be purchased from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Lockheed Martin (0A489), 221 Industrial Park Rd, Johnstown, PA 15904-1961. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), "Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" applies. All responsible, approved sources may submit a response which, if received in a timely manner, must be considered. Only written, faxed, or electronic responses receive directly from the requestor are acceptable. No telephone requests. No hard copies will be issued. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and/ or communicate concerns, if any, regarding this acquisition. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
