Bidding Schedule Information: Refer to attached Excel spreadsheet for item description and quantities. PROJECT SCOPE: This requirement is for the short-term rental of information technology, office, and audio visual equipment to stand-up a command and control network for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) in support of Exercise Forging Saber 2011 located in Building 497, Luke Air Force, Base Arizona. IT and AV equipment will be used to establish a command post operation center. Building 497 is currently under remodeling to accommodate this effort. Communication and data connectivity will be internal to the remodeling effort, including Quest commercial phone and DSL connections. Our desire is to make a single award for a total turnkey effort. Its recognized, given the quantities associated with the command post that multiple awards may be necessary to meet the desired initial operational capability (IOC) date of on or about 17 Oct 11. Therefore, the Government reserves the right to affect multiple awards if necessary to achieve overall best value and need dates. Delivery will include set-up and teardown of all equipment. It's expected during set-up that contractor personnel will work jointly with RSAF and other Government personnel during configuration. It should be presumed that communication and data is existing and that cabling of computers, monitors, network printers, projectors, LED flat-screen HDTV's, etc. will be the sole responsibility of the successful offeror. Pricing should be inclusive of all applicable Federal State, and local taxes. Normal business hours are from 0630 to 1430, M-F, excluding legal holidays. Descriptive literature may be requested by the contracting officer, if required to determine compatibility of proposed hardware. While no particular brand names have been specified or required, of particular interest are the twenty (20) each 65" LED flat screen HDTV's, which shall be virtually borderless, i.e. ultra slim bezel with maximum screen view, similar to Samsung UN65D8000.
