- SOLICITATION AND PRODUCT INFO The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with HAZTRAIN INC, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13; and FAR Part 6.302-1. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract; go to www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm to register. This procurement is set aside for small business. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date of Monday, August 29, 2011 at 12 PM (EST) may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received may be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via fax; however, the preferred method is via email. Please send to the attention of the Contracting POC above, by the closing date and time.
