- Updated B.2 RD1940-22 FSA-2311 FSA-2160 FSA-2028 Farm Assessment DALR$ Input Report The following are questions for this solicitation from prospective offerors submitted by the above deadline, and the Government's responses: • Can we have access to an editable version of the solicitation? The only source we found was the scanned pdf file. This will help expedite answering the solicitation by copy/paste and keyword search functionality. If an editable version exists on the FBO site, please let us know where to access it. RESPONSE: An editable version will not be made available. • We no longer have access to the USDA/FSA web farm for access to the Information Bulletins (IBs). We need access to the standards. The previous url we were using was: https://wem.sc.egov.usda.gov/fem_web_webcaaf.asp. Please provide an alternative URL for access to the IB standards listed at the top of page 7. RESPONSE: Please see attached documents. http://www.apfo.usda.gov/FSA/sdlcapp?area=home&subject=inb&topic=landing • The quantities listed on page 3 (B.2) do not match the quantities on page 25 (F.3). Please clarify and provide definitions (do they represent months?). RESPONSE: We have updated B.2 to reflect estimated hours per 12 months. The total for the price would be for the year, however, it is understood that this CLIN would be invoiced monthly (12). • On page 72 under "Introduction" the sentence indicates 4 proposal volumes but only 3 are listed. Please clarify the number of proposal volumes. RESPONSE: There are three proposal volumes. • Should the proposal (including all volumes, excluding resumes) not exceed 50 pages or is it not to exceed 50 pages per volume? RESPONSE: The Proposal including all volumes, excluding resumes, is not to exceed 50 pages. • We're not seeing these attachments referenced on page 12. If they are indeed in the document, please indicate what pages. o Environmental Checklist for Categorical Exclusions form (Form RD-1940-22) attached. o eDALR$ Input Report (report attached). o Farm Assessment (form attached). RESPONSE: Please see attached documents. • Do we need to provide any kind of proof of small business status (less than 50 employees and under $25mm in revenue)? If yes, please indicate what documentation you need. RESPONSE: Your registration in the Central Contractor Registration reflects your certified status.
